How do I claim my venue?

In order to claim, you must be present at the venue and able to answer the landline.

Once you begin the claim process, an automated call will be placed to the venue's landline with a security code. Entering this on the Web site will tie the venue to your account.

My venue's phone number is missing or incorrect. What should I do?

We collect your venue's phone number from its listing on Foursquare and Google.

If the number is missing or is incorrect, you can edit your Foursquare or Google listing and try again.

If you are still unable to claim your venue, please contact us.
